Consulting Work at Innovative Partners Institute

We specialize in leadership coaching, program/ policy development, new design/ construction, EPIC/ ICON Go-Live, and new program/ center risk assessments.  

In our 30 minute meet and greet session, you can expect to discuss your specific needs and your desired outcome.  From there, will dive into logistics and desired time-line.  When we close our session, will have a plan for next steps.

 Our lead Consultant, Brenna Doran PhD, MA, ACC, CIC is currently the System Director of Hospital Epidemiology and Infection Prevention at the University of California, San Francisco. Brenna has an eclectic background with over 10 years of experience as a Hospital Epidemiologist, 19 years as a college professor teaching biological sciences, 8 years as a clinical microbiologist, and two years as a certified career and wellness coach. 

We are available for part-time and per diem consulting work. 

 I will send you Zoom link the night before our appointment. Zoom is preferred, but phone calls can be accommodated if necessary. 

Prices vary depending on the nature of the work.  Pricing packages vary based on your goals, types of services, and duration.

Coaching focuses on personal growth by setting and achieving present and future goals.  The coach supports the client to identify their own answers that work best for the client. A coach builds the capacity instead of solving problems.

Mentoring focuses on providing professional advice/ recommendations based on the mentor's expertise. The client sets the agenda and goals, and the mentor partners with the client to problem-solve.
